SPI places the 600 collaborators who ensure the respect of their commitments throughout the year at the heart of its activity.

SPI is one of the leading sub-contractors for the major aeronautics, rail, naval and industry experts. The activity of industrial painting and surface finishing cover a broad panel of crafts and areas of expertise, validated by ISO 9001, ISO 9100 and Nadcap certificates.

The incorporation of ACOS Solutions within SPI, in 2016, has significantly extended the offer, in terms of capacity, geographical locations and skills. The avionics equipment (engineering plastic, composite, aluminum) and aircraft completion sectors are a true core business for which teams of specialists intervene for the major aviation accounts.

For small elementary parts as well as large size assemblies, even complete wing parts, SPI executes all surface preparations and thermosetting or thermoplastic painting application solutions, in liquid or powder phase.

Each activity sector for which SPI operates has its proper methods, preferred materials and technical constraints.

Our skills therefore conjure with the capacity to understand all requests, supported by reliable and proven references, and the ability to self-develop, in full compliance with the strictest of norms, the most pertinent and efficient methods, with a focus on quality requirement while maintaining costs.

Our sites are equipped with 25 booths (painting booths, heat chambers…) offering capacities of up to 22 meters long, and implemented with all existing application methods. SPI is also in charge of the painting of all the Airbus radomes.

Aluminum, stainless steel, titanium and the most elaborated composites are our preferred mediums.

Our teams of technicians are in daily contact with technology’s state-of-the-art demands such as respect of norms and quality requirement, and we are ready to take up all your challenges and meet all your expectations, as we have been doing for the past 35 years for civil and military aeronautic, TGV carriages, trams and tubes, ocean liners, luxury yachts and ships, and for many players in the industrial world.
