The preparation of the surface using a chemical method (aluminum, titanium), sand blasting (steel, aluminum), and corundum sand blasting without iron oxide (stainless steel and titanium), micro-sand blasting/shot peening (thermoplastic) and traditional, manual sand-papering (pre imp). Application of liquid or powder paint (electrostatic), powder coating, traditional spray application.

Anticorrosion

With the take-over of ACOS Solutions, member of the OHGPI (French National Certification Office for Industrial Paintwork Guarantees), SPI developed the skill of its teams in the deployment of the complete process for the bedding-in or maintenance of installations. This expertise is based on an extensive experience and on the skills developed by the R&D service. It allows to bring innovating and long-term solutions to all cases of anti-corrosion treatments. The capacities of SPI in terms of infrastructure, technical and human resources as well as engineering are available. Thanks to this important industrial capacity, SPI can respond to various sizes of work sites while minimizing the operation cycle.
